Crowd Bootstrap Submission Terms
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Crowd Bootstrap is a project-discovery initiative of Privity Ventures, Inc. and The New Accra City Limited (TNAC). These terms apply when you submit a pitch, video, or related information through Crowd Bootstrap.
What this program is
Crowd Bootstrap seeks commercially viable products and services that may address social challenges in Ghana. It is not an investment, fundraising, grant, procurement, employment, partnership, or government-approval program. A submission does not create any obligation for Crowd Bootstrap, Privity Ventures, TNAC, any government entity, or any other person to review, select, fund, endorse, license, purchase, partner with, or promote your offering.
Your submission
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. By submitting, you confirm that you have authority to submit the video and related material; that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it; and that it does not contain confidential information, customer data, unlawful material, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Please do not submit information that you would not want reviewed by the program team. A submission is not treated as confidential unless we separately agree in writing.
Permission to review and use selected pitches
You give Crowd Bootstrap permission to receive, store, review, and evaluate your submission. If your pitch is selected and you have provided the required publication permission, Crowd Bootstrap may edit it into its standard elevator-video format and publish or share it with your name and company as agreed. You keep ownership of your original material.
Prohibited claims and content
Do not include investment solicitations, token offers, claims about returns, or statements that an offering is government-approved, SEC-approved, regulated, certified, or endorsed unless you have exact documented authority for the statement. Do not make promises about jobs, revenue, environmental outcomes, funding, partnership, selection, or government support.
No reliance or guarantee
Crowd Bootstrap may decline, remove, or stop reviewing any submission at its discretion. We do not guarantee visibility, feedback, introductions, a commercial outcome, or implementation in Ghana. Anyone viewing a published pitch should conduct their own diligence and should not rely on it as investment, legal, regulatory, or business advice.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the program develops. The version posted here applies at the time of your submission. For questions, contact Crowd Bootstrap through the contact information available on this website.
